good with the bad

so I received my tint ,I had assumed since they asked for year make and model it was going to be precut ,was not the case just a large sheet for the windshield which is just fine just wish I had a heads up on that , also the tint came damaged with a crease through the entire thing ,my tint I smaller did his best to smooth it out ,but it is still noticeable from the inside shipping package was not damaged so this must have happened before shipped ,company did not offer any type of compensation or even response to the damage,that said I do love the color and how it looks ,it is def dark to drive at night but that's the price you pay to look cool ,lol
